Decorated Olympian Michael Phelps will now not be able to get back in the pool representing the USA in competition until May. USA Swimming has handed him a 3 month suspension after photos of Phelps... smoking marijuana from a water bong were published by a British Tabloid. USA Swimming credited Phelps and his Coach Bob Bowman with voluntarily accepting the suspension and vowing to set Michael back on the right track.
