Tonya Harding Attack on Nancy Kerrigan
A news montage about the attack orchestrated by Tonya Harding's then-husband Jeff Gillooly, and her bodyguard, Shawn Eckhardt on Nancy Kerrigan.... Gillooly and Exckhardt hired a man named Shane Stant to hit Kerrigan in the knee at the 1994 US Figure Skating Championships in Detroit. Kerrigan couldn't compete for the USA Championship that year and Harding went on to win it and her exact involvement in the attack has always remained mysterious. She maintained later that she knew only preliminary details and wasn't sure that Gillooly and Exckhardt would go through with their plans but wanted to go to the FBI but didn't because she was intimidated and abused by Gillooly. Both men later accused Tonya of knowing everything and being the real mastermind behind the attack.more>>
