Browns QB Brady Quinn threw his second interception of the game. On the return, Quinn was penalized 15 yards for a low block, setting up the Ravens at Cleveland's 24-yard line. Four plays later, kicker Steven Hauschka nailed a 44-yard field goal to put the Ravens up 16-0 midway through the third quarter.
Running back Ray Rice scored the first points of the game on the Ravens' first drive of the second half, running 13 yards through traffic for a touchdown. He finished with 89 yards on 20 carries and had three receptions for 15 yards.
Quinn had just 36 yards passing in the second half, and two of the first three passes he threw were intercepted, including one that was returned 48 yards by Dawan Landry for a touchdown.
This was the first game this season that neither team scored in the first half. ... Ravens safety Haruki Nakamura broke his right ankle on the opening kickoff. ... The Ravens halted a five-game skid on Monday Night Football and are now 5-7 all-time. ... Browns WR Josh Cribbs was taken to a hospital for further tests after being injured on the game's final play.

Chad Ochocinco Fined $20,000 For "Bribing" Official During Instant Replay Review

Chad Ochocinco jokingly flashed a dollar bill at an official during a replay challenge in the 3rd quarter of the Bengals 17-7 victory over the Ravens. The NFL fined Ochocinco $20,000 for an insulting gesture towards an official, carrying an extraneous object, and using the word "bribe" in his postgame comments.
