UCLA Player Tackles Ref, Trips up Rushing USC RB

Probably the best play of the day for the Bruins! Not only did one of their defenders tackle a ref by the ankles (not so effective, but funny!) he also managed to trip up SC's rushing Joe McKnight. The Trojans went on to stomp their LA rival 28-7.

USC and UCLA fans still refer to this traditional meeting of the 2 LA rivals as the Rose Bowl but it is not The Rose Bowl as in the BCS bowl. It was UCLA's turn to host the game this year so it was played at their home stadium, also called the Rose Bowl. Trojans blew out the Bruins 28-7 and are headed to the BCS Rose Bowl vs Penn State.
