Temple Owls 24, Ball State Cardinals 19

The 2009 season hasn't been kind for Ball State, but it has for the Temple Owls. Last season fortune was reversed and the Cardinals were 12-2 so a victory for Temple in 2009 over Ball St. counts as a major one. Bernard Pierce had two rushing TDs for the Owls.
