It was an injury-plagued Monday night: Eagles RB Michael Westbrook left the game with a concussion in the first quarter, WR DeSean Jackson strained his right foor, S Macho Harris sprained his ankle, and K David Akers bruised his hand, while Redskins TE Chris Cooley sustained a broken ankle on the first play of the 2nd quarter and will miss the rest of the season.

Fantasy scouting report: Desean Jackson showed that he was ready to go from day 1. He caught for 104 yds in Week 1 against St. Louis and 110 yds the next week at Dallas. Unfortunately, he didn't hit the century mark again the rest of the season, but he did prove a mid-season slump was nothing to worry about with strong performances in the Playoffs. Look for Desean to contribute solidly in the 2009 season on his way to accumulating over 1,000 yds. He's a good punt returner, too, who could contribute TDs in that department.
