Allegedly, Andre Smith weighs 358 lbs--21lbs heavier than when the Bengals drafted him sixth overall in the '09 Draft. Now, the hefty tackle has fractured a bone in his foot, only two days since he signed his contract after a 32-day holdout. Luckily, Cincinnati was smart enough to include a "fat clause" in his contract which states that they he only gets 50% of his salary for every week he's 350+ lbs AND isn't able to play.
