Browns QB Brady Quinn threw his second interception of the game. On the return, Quinn was penalized 15 yards for a low block, setting up the Ravens at Cleveland's 24-yard line. Four plays later, kicker Steven Hauschka nailed a 44-yard field goal to put the Ravens up 16-0 midway through the third quarter.
Running back Ray Rice scored the first points of the game on the Ravens' first drive of the second half, running 13 yards through traffic for a touchdown. He finished with 89 yards on 20 carries and had three receptions for 15 yards.
Quinn had just 36 yards passing in the second half, and two of the first three passes he threw were intercepted, including one that was returned 48 yards by Dawan Landry for a touchdown.
This was the first game this season that neither team scored in the first half. ... Ravens safety Haruki Nakamura broke his right ankle on the opening kickoff. ... The Ravens halted a five-game skid on Monday Night Football and are now 5-7 all-time. ... Browns WR Josh Cribbs was taken to a hospital for further tests after being injured on the game's final play.

Fantasy scouting report: Brady Quinn or Derek Anderson? The Browns' 2008 season came off the tracks early on. Derek Anderson struggled after an early concussion and Braylon Edwards seemed to lose all confidence. Eric Mangini has stated that once he chooses a QB, he'll stick with that player throughout the season. Quinn wasn't outstanding in his three outings last year and whoever wins the spot will be stuck throwing to a depleted receiver corps after Kellen Winslow's departure and Donte' Stallworth's suspension. If you pick Cleveland's starter, make sure you pick up the other guy, too, as a necessary/unwanted handcuff.
