One more thriller, and now, the Chicago Bulls and Boston Celtics will play a decisive seventh game.

Derrick Rose scored 28 points and blocked Rajon Rondo's potential game-winner, John Salmons scored 35, and the Bulls beat the defending champions 128-127 in triple overtime Thursday night to tie the first-round series at three games apiece.

Ray Allen scored a career playoff-high 51 points for the Celtics, but the series will go back to Boston for Game 7 on Saturday after another classic battle in a series that had already seen its share of drama. (AP)

What the game lacked in star power-no Kevin Garnett, no Ray Allen, no Dwayne Wade-it made up for in drama. The Celtics rode Paul Pierce and Rajon Rondo's heroics to outlast Michael Beasley and the Heat in this OT thriller, 112-108.

The Celtics wrapped up the Atlantic division but Paul Pierce was non-plussed. "[It] really doesn't mean anything to the Boston Celtics," Pierce said. "They don't put that banner up. Maybe in other arenas they put that banner up, but here it really doesn't mean a thing."

KG, Dirk, and Doc Rivers all picked up technical fouls late in this game but Doc managed to get himself 2 and tossed. Rajon Rondo scored a triple double to rally his team, Paul Pierce added 31 points and the Cs managed to steal back the W. The Mavericks had previously lead most of the game in front of their home crowd.
